Tahoe Community College promotes excellence in education for northern California communities. Tahoe CC takes pride in providing quality classes, instructors, and labs for their students and communities. Tahoe CC is involved with their local communities and businesses. It advances creativity and inter-dependence for their various partnerships in their communities as well as their sister colleges throughout California.
Tahoe Community College continues to strive to obtain "green" status with a dedication to sustainability across campus. All across the college campus, signs of the institution's sustainable practices can be seen both indoors and outdoors. Examples of sustainability on campus include striving toward the conservation of energy & resources, an awareness of wasteful practices, recycling programs, and organizations that are designed to increase awareness.
